The CTL Mentoring Team is organising a book hunt to Shenzhen on 22 Sep (Sat). Details are as follows:
1. Date: 22 Sep 2007 (Sat)
2. Time: 11:00 am - 4:00pm
3. Vacancies: 30 places for mentees (BACH, BAL, BATI, BALS) / 10 places for mentors
4. Transportation: We shall take KCR at Sheung Shui to Lo Wu, then cross the border and take Shenzhen MTR to the Book City. We shall have lunch somewhere near the Book City before we go book-hunting.
5. Students participated will receive subsidies from the department
We can go back together at around 4:00pm (or any time agreed by us during the lunch).
All reimbursement will be made with your receipts of book purchase and the KCR receipts (both way transport between Sheung Shui and Lo Wu) after returning to Hong Kong. In addition, you are required to fill in a short questionnaire to evaluate the outcomes of the activity.
6. How to join the book hunt: enroll by email, First come first served.
Let us have your mobile phone number in your reply to this email AND c.c.to Chief Leader of the Mentoring Team Wong Hou Tin (email: houtinw@gmail.com) who will record the time the enrollment was recorded. When all places are filled, we shall made an your announcement by i-CMS email and on the CTL Mentoring Team official web: http://sms.ctl.cityu.edu.hk. We hope to post an update of enrollment by 5:30pm every day.

Please check whether you have a valid Home Visit Permit / cards OR Passport with China Visa (Applying in China Travel Service (Hong Kong) Ltd. takes at least a day to get the visa.
